Getting Ready
#1
Changed out the clutch hub yesterday. I replaced the stock 3 stud hub with 20 staggered rollers in the bearing with a 5 stud hub that has 52 full width rollers in the bearing.

No... the old set up allows a little wobble in the hub and it rattles. I'm trying to make a more refined Harley... if that is possible.

Nice maintenance set up you got going.
My buddy built an 18" or so solid box platform that we run 'em up on/ strap down + has a nice frame stand to support under neath. So much easier being off the ground and working from a stool or not bending over so much.

Maybe add some Honda badges to it..... "refined" made easy Smile

I will be doing steering stem bearings on mine around mid May when they come outta the cellar.
40K on original ones, some PM I put off last year.

Tinker on!
